Objectives-The present study was designed 1. To achieved maximum yield of bioactive extract from the plant through extraction process. 2. investigated phytochemicals constituents. 3. determined pharmacological screening quercetin against hepatotoxicity. Methods- Crude extracts Moringa oleifera leaves were prepared using various solvents petroleum ether, chloroform, ethanol, methanol in succession soxhlet apparatus. The subjected for photochemical analysis, total phenolic content and flavonoid content. then to column chromatography followed by TLC. isolated compound experimental animals hepatoprotective activity studied. Results-The ethanol showed presence higher when compared with other solvent extracts. fractionalization chromatography. eluted fractions run TLC mobile phase different ratio. Chromatographic fingerprinting flavonoids. It found that there significant decrease SGOT, SGPT, ALP Total Bilirubin level animal giving ethanolic plant. Conclusion - investigation revealed containing excellent Paracetamol induced
